Starting our family blog

Well I suppose it's about time to start our family blog. I think maybe we're way past due! It's New Year's Eve now and what a more perfect time to start blogging.



The Beach family had a wonderful, fulfilling Christmas. All three kids were here to celebrate for a few days before Christmas and then we went our seperate ways on Christmas afternoon. Although it's sad to see them go, it was really nice to open presents on Christmas morning again this year, and to have the kids together for all of the family Christmas celebrations. I was hoping to get some good pictures this year of the family together, but no such luck. We got one picture and it isn't even that good. Bryson woke up Christmas eve morning with a strange sounding cough and wheezing. After taking him to convenient care we learned that he had croup. Although he only had a low grade fever after church that evening he was in no mood to sit and take pictures! I suppose there is always next year. And next year we'll have an additional member of the family.



Our new member of the family will be joining us the beginning of March. The exact due date is March 10, but we know that babies like to choose their own arrival date! So far things are going fantastically. I was measuring a few weeks ahead a couple of months ago, but after laying off of the halloween candy I am right on track now! We got to see a second sonogram earlier in the week and I must say we make pretty cute babies. You could see the chubby little cheeks in the picture! I can't wait to see them in person.
